摘　　要：辊式盐水注射嫩化一体机采用注射辊、嫩化辊,实现连续式盐水注射、嫩化两大功能,从而使设备具有运行效率高、振动与噪声小的特点,同时结合神经模糊控制技术、数控技术,设备自动检测有无肉块和肉块三维尺寸,自动完成是否需要注射,哪些位置需要注射及注射深度的判断与作业,避免了无肉块位置上的空注射现象。Roller saline infusion tender integral machine adopts infusion roller and tender roller to realize the continuous saline infusion and tender. So the equipment has the feature of high productivity and low vibration and noise. Combined with nerve fuzzy control technology and digital technology, the equipment will automatically check whether there is no meat pieces or three -dimensional meat size and automatically decide whether infusion is needed, where infusion and the depth of infusion is needed. It avoids the infusion in the area which has no meat.
