摘  要:Superpave旋转压实仪SGC提供的密实曲线反映了混合料的内在机构特征。借助混合料压实特性的4个参数即压实能量指数CEI,密实能量指数TDI,Ni至Ndes间的斜率k1,Ndes至Nmax间的斜率k2评价沥青混合料在施工和使用阶段的压实和密实趋势,分析材料组成(级配,沥青用量)对沥青混合料压实特性的影响。结果表明,Superpave的级配难以压实,但在最佳油石比下其施工阶段的压实性能得到改善,而在使用阶段的抗车辙能力仍很大。Superpave Gyratory Compactor provides the densification curve.It reflects the inherent characteristic of asphalt mixture. The tendency of compactness and densification of asphalt mixture under construction and traffic load are discussed by compaction energy index,densification index,K_1which is the slope of densification curve from N_i to N_(des) and K_2 which is the slope of densification curve from N_(des) to Nmax.The influence of aggregate gradation and asphalt content on volumetric parameters and densification properties of HMA are analyzed. The following conclusions are drawn: the asphalt mixture with gradation of Superpave is more difficult to be compacted and has an extremely resistance to rutting under traffic load,but the ability of compaction under construction is improved due to the optimum proportion of asphalt.
