摘 要:运用稳定性理论,针对由1/4车体建立的分段线性汽车悬架系统的运动微分方程,分析了其周期解的运动稳定性,得到了共振响应的稳定区域。并分析了车辆在行驶过程中随外激振频率以及外激振力变化的运动特性。讨论了非线性弹簧刚度、缓冲簧间隙等参数对周期解稳定性以及汽车分段线性非线性悬架的运动稳定性的影响。为汽车悬架系统振动的参数识别,优化设计和合理控制提供了理论依据。Based on KB stability theory, the stability of analytical solution of piecewise-linear vehicle suspension system of 1/4 body work was analyzed. The stable region of sympathetic vibration was obtained, and the kinetic characteristic of the running vehicles that vary with the frequency of the exciting force was shown. Furthermore, the effects of the nonlinear spring stiffness and buffer spring clearance to the stability of periodic solution and the motion stability of piecewise-linear vehicle suspension were discussed. The results can be used in parameter recognition of vibration, optimal design and rational control of vehicle suspension system.
