摘　　要：　目的　分析神经纤维瘤病(NF)的分型及各型MRI表现。方法　回顾性分析 9例经手术或活检、病理证实神经纤维瘤病患者的临床及MR表现。结果　根据NIH诊断标准, 7例属NF 1型,表现为皮肤咖啡牛乳色斑,皮下结节,左大腿肿块,左足底病变及椎管内神经纤维瘤; 2例属NF 2型,均患双侧听神经瘤。结论　结合MRI表现及临床资料,MR能对神经纤维瘤病作出正确诊断。MR平扫对NF的检出和分型有很大的优势。增强扫描可以发现平扫未见的小病灶。Objective To analyze the classification and MRI manifestations of neurofibromatosis. Methods The MRI features and clinical materials of neurofibromatosis in 9 cases confirmed by surgery and pathological examinations were retrospectively analyzed. Results According to the NIH diagnostic criteria for neurofibromatosis, 7 of these 9 cases were NF 1, which presented the multiple cafe au lait spots, subcutaneous nodes, inguinal freckling, left leg mass, left thenar lesions and intravertebral abnormality. Two patients with NF 2 had bilateral acoustic neuromas. Conclusion Combined with clinical materials, MRI can make the diagnose of neurofibromatosis accurately.
