摘  要:近年来,随着卫生事业改革不断深入,科技与知识经济的发展,人们的卫生保健需求也发生了根本的变化,已经对医院的管理产生了深刻影响,对医院管理者提出了新的要求,科主任工作在医院管理中起到举足轻重的作用。本文的目的,就是提出科主任应具备医疗管理能力、组织管理能力、决策能力、卫生经济管理能力及自我管理能力。医院应在科主任的选拔、促进科主任有效的学习、在实践中培养及自我培养方面予以关注。In recent years, along with the constant reforming of health services in depth, the development of science/technology and knowledgeeconomy, the people’s need for health care has changed fundamentally, and that already has influenced greatly to hospital management, new requirementshave been put forward to hospital managers, the activities of department director play an important role in hospital management. The purpose of the articleis to outline that a department director should have the managerial capacity to medical services, managerial capacity to organization, capacity to decision-making, managerial capacity to health economy and self-managerial capacity. The hospital authorities should pay attention to selecting department director,promoting effective learning of department director and development/self-development in practice.
