摘　　要：在当今复杂多变的环境条件下,以核心能力作为公司战略制定和实施的出发点和归宿成为企业的普遍行为。把培育和发展核心能力,作为经营战略的本质含义,对于复杂动态环境下的企业来说具有非常重要的现实意义。通过核心能力的有效管理,增强企业对复杂动态环境的适应性,并且从战略决策的层面不断强化和提升企业的核心能力,实现企业核心能力与复杂动态环境的协调匹配,必然能使企业获得持续竞争优势。Under complex and changing conditions, taking nuclear ability as the starting point and goal in making and implementing company strategies has already become the general practice of enterprises. Taking cultivating and developing nuclear ability as the essential meaning of operating strategy is of very important realistic significance to the enterprises under complex dynamic environment. By means of effectively managing nuclear ability, strengthening the adaptability of enterprises to complex dynamic environment, strengthening and enhancing the nuclear ability at strategic policy-making level, and realizing the harmonious matching of enterprise nuclear ability with complex dynamic environment, sustainable competitive advantages can be obtained.
