摘　　要：论述了引进人才过程中思想政治素质考评的必要性,阐述了引进前的考评内容和引进后的跟踪方法,旨在保障有效的引进高素质人才。The necessity of evaluating and checking the ideological and political quality of the talents introduced into universities is discussed. Evaluating contents before the introduction of talents are discussed and ways to evaluate the talents after the introduction are presented, aiming to ensure the effective introduction of highly qualified talents.
