摘 要:目的探讨适合我国国情的临床护理专家(clinicalnursespecialist,CNS)综合评价指标体系。方法综合运用文献分析、资料调研、对比研究、Delphi法、优序图法、加权加法、加权乘法等科学研究方法,构建以能力为基础的CNS综合评价指标体系;通过对评价指标体系的试运行,对其进行验证。结果构建了包含3个层次共36个基础指标的综合评价体系,并经检验证明,利用此评价指标体系所评价的结果是可信的。结论设计科学可行的研究路线、确保各个环节的有效实施,是成功建立指标体系的关键。Objective To investigate a comprehensive evaluation system on competence of ( clinical nurse specialists, CNS) appropriate for the situation of China. Methods Based on document analysis of CNS, the. practice analysis and expectation investigation on full quality of CNS, and by means of experts consultation , precedence chart and add power addition, we proceeded to set up a comprehensive evaluation system on competence of CNS and examined it. Results An evaluation system that consisted of 3 hierarchies and 36 basic indexes was established. The results of the examination on the system showed that the system was reliable. Conclusion Designing a scientific feasible research way and ensuring the implementation of every step is the key to successful establishment of the index system.
