摘 要:目的探讨成组工作制在急诊科运行的可行性及优越性.方法建立成组工作制模式,在急诊设备、人员不变的前提下,选取2003年4~9月和2002年4~9月病人满意度、医生对护理工作质量的满意度、护士工作日进行比较,同时对22位护士进行成组工作制满意度的调查.结果病人和医生对护理工作满意率提高,节约了护理劳动时间,护士对成组工作制表示赞同.结论成组工作制不仅使管理者有效利用人力资源,而且提高了护理质量.Objective To explore the feasibility and advantage of group working system in the department of emergency.Methods The group working system was set up with the same equipment and personnel.Then the comparison of patients' satisfaction,physicians' satisfaction with the quality of nursing,the nurses' working days was done in the same period of Apr.to Sep.in 2003 and 2002.At the same time,22 nurses were investigated on their satisfaction with group working system.Result The group working system improved the patients' and physicians' satisfaction with nursing,sparing the time of nursing work,and the nurses showed agreement with group working system.Conclusion The group working system not only enabled the nursing managers to utilize the human resource effectively,but also improved the quality of nursing.
