摘　　要：本文阐述了合约化质量概念的演进过程,分析了质量合约的基本特征和风险结构,并进一步给出了质量合约的定价模型。From the backdrop of the quality contracts management producing,diffract the new concept of the contract quality and analyze the basic character and the risk framework of the quality contracts,and then give the price model of the contract quality.
