摘　　要：化学遗传学是利用细胞渗透性的生物活性小分子作为分子探针进行生物学研究的方法。对化学遗传学的基本思路和策略 ,以及与传统遗传学方法的比较 ,作了简要介绍 ,并强调了其优越性及其用途。Chemical genetics is a useful method by which the authors can investigate the functions of proteins utilizing activated small molecules possessing penetrability as molecular probes. In this text, basic methods and strategies of chemical genetics are introduced and compared with traditional genetics. Then advantages of chemical genetics are emphasized and its applications are explained.
