摘　　要：目的了解医疗机构对上海医学高职教育的基本评价与岗位需求。方法根据上海医学高职教育的现状,以问卷形式调查上海各级医疗机构对医学高职教育的基本评价与岗位需求情况。结果和结论通过调查认为上海应进一步发展医学高职教育,并对发展过程中存在的问题进行分析。Objective To understand the medical organizations' basic evaluation of Shanghai medical higher vocation and position requirements.Methods The basic evaluation and position requirements were surveyed through questionnaires in Shanghai medical organizations.Result and conclusion It is believed that higher medical vocation education should be further developed and the existing problems are analyzed.
