摘  要:目的 建立一种简便、实用、诱发率高 ,较接近人体恶性胸膜间皮瘤 (MPM) ,可供多种实验研究所用的动物模型。材料与方法 Wistar大鼠 10 0只作为实验组 ,右侧胸膜腔闭式染尘法注入石棉纤维混悬液 4 0mg ;对照组2 0只注入等量灭菌生理盐水。每天观察动物的一般状况 ,每月称体重 1次 ,死亡或垂死动物尸体解剖、病理观察。整个实验周期为 2年。结果 实验组共诱发MPM 6 8只 ,诱发率为 71.5 8%。第 1只MPM大鼠死亡于第 2 85d ,MPM鼠死亡高峰期为 35 0~ 5 5 0d ,高峰期死亡率为 80 .3%。MPM大鼠平均存活 (4 6 9± 2 1)d。肿瘤病理形态显示出多样性。结论 该模型与临床有较好的对应性 ,弥补了临床上很难获得新鲜、不同肿瘤时期肿瘤组织标本的缺陷 ,是研究MPM较有价值的实验动物模型。Objective To establish a convenient, practical MPM model similar to human's MPM induced by crocidolite, which could be used for multiple experimental studies.Materials and Methods 100 Wistar rats in the test group were injected 40mg crocidolite suspension into the closed right chest cavity. 20 rats in the control group were injected same amount sterilized saline water. The animals were observed daily, weighted once a month, pathological oberservation were performed when the rats were died or dying. All animals was observed for 2 years.Results 68 MPM were induced in test group, the overall induction rate was 71.58%. The survival time of the first MPM rat was on 285th day. The most death period of MPM rats was between 350th to 550th days. The mean living span of rats with MPM was 469±21 days. The pathological features of the induced MPMs were presented with multiple morphology.Conclusion The cause, positions and tissues of induced tumors were well related with clinical condition. The induced tumors could make up the shortage which was difficult to get all periods of tissue samples, it was a valuable animal model to study MPM.
