摘　　要：高等职业学校必须加强理论学习、突出教育科研 ,通过办学理念与办学模式的创新 ,加大以就业为导向、以市场为导向、以社会需求为导向的教育教学改革的工作力度。全面推进“订单方式”培养和强化“双证书”制度的就业模式。Vocational schools of higher learning must strengthen theory studies and give prominence to educational science. Through innovation in conception and mode of school running, the teaching and educational reform should be oriented by employment obtaining, market and social demands. The 'order-style' cultivation and 'double-certificate system' job obtaining should be advanced in full scale.
