摘　　要：目前，电子商务正在全球范围内蓬勃发展，预计到2005年，世界电子商务交易额将增加到近5万亿美元，“因特网经济”将成为世界经济的主角。这种新兴贸易方式的发展为国际贸易的发展提供了更为便捷的手段和工具，使当今的国际贸易具有了新的特点和趋势。Nowadays, electronical business is developing vigorously on a global scale, and estimate the exchange amounts of the world electronical business will increase to 5 thousands million dollars in the year of 2005. The ”internet economy” will play a major role in the world economy, the develment of the new form of business greatly facilities the international trad,and brings a new style to it.
