创新教育下我国旅游类高等教育人才培养模式的实施

摘　　要：参照国外旅游管理类高等教育人才培养模式,结合我国的实际,在创新教育的背景下,提出了我国 旅游类高等教育的人才培养模式。对实施具有创新精神和实践能力的旅游管理类高等教育的人才培养具 有很强的可操作性。Referring to the talent’s foster model for high education of foreign country,combine with our own reality,the author mentioned our own model to foster the talent’s who have the ability to innovate.It is feasibile for the other colleges,especially for the Tourism Management.
