人直肠癌肿瘤浸润树突状细胞的形态学观察

摘　　要：目的　探讨人直肠癌肿瘤浸润树突状细胞 ((TIDC)的形态学特征。　方法　通过免疫组织化学、光镜和电镜的方法观察人直肠癌TIDC的分布和形态学变化。　结果　TIDC主要分布在癌周区 ,病变早期TIDC比病变晚期数量多 (P <0 0 1)。电镜下 ,TIDC形态不规则 ,细胞表面有许多树枝状突起。TIDC与肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(TIL)和肿瘤细胞之间接触密切。有一对一、一对多或TIL环绕TIDC形成簇。TIDC与TIL接触之间有糖原颗粒簇。　结论　TIDC数量多少与肿瘤的进展相关 ,TIDC与TIL及肿瘤细胞之间关系密切。Objective To study on the morphological characterizations of tumor infiltrating dendritic cells(TIDCs) in human rectum cancer. Methods The distributive and morphological changes of TIDCs were observed by light,electron microscopy and examined with immunohisochemistoy. Results TIDCs mainly appeared in the tumor-surrounding tissues.There were more TIDCs in the earlier stage than in the later stage(P<0.01).Under electron microscope,TIDCs have an irregular shape,most TIDCs exhibited many dendritic protrusions.There are contacts among TIDCs,tumor infiltrating lymphocyte-TILs and tumor cells.One TIDCs can contact with one or several TILs,which form a cluster.There exist the glycogranule between TIDCs and TILs.Conclusion These results suggest that there exists negative relationship between the number of TIDCs and the progress of tumor and close relationship among, TIDCs,TILs and tumor cells.
