GLUT1在子宫内膜不同病变中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨葡萄糖转化酶 1(GLUT1)在子宫内膜良性、增生性、恶性病变中的表达及意义。方法　收集12 0例子宫内膜不同病变的常规石蜡标本 ,HE染色 ,光镜下按WHO标准分类 ,包括简单型、复杂型和不典型增生过长各 2 0例 ,子宫内膜腺癌 6 0例。GLUT1免疫组化染色采用二步法。结果　简单型增生过长、复杂型增生过长GLUT1均为 (- ) ;所有不典型增生过长GLUT1局灶 (+) ;子宫内膜腺癌GLUT1均为 (+) ,呈局灶阳性到广泛阳性不等 ;增生期、分泌期及萎缩子宫内膜 ,GLUT1均为 (- )。结论　GLUT1的过表达是子宫内膜腺癌的一个特征 ;Objective To determine expression of glucose transporterl (GLUT1) and its significance in benign,hyperplastic and malignant endometrial epithelia Methods We collected 120 specimens with different endometrial lesions ,and reclassified them according to the WHO classification,which included 20 cases of simple endometrial hyperplasia,20 cases of complex endometrial hyperplasia,20 cases of apypical hyperplasia and 60 cases of endometrial carcinoma Immunohistochemical staining for GLUT1 was performed by streptavidin-biotin method Results Simple and complex endometrial hyperplasias were consistently GLUT1 negative All specimens of atyical hyperplasia had foci that were positive for GLUT1 All endometrial adenocarcinomas were GLTU1 positive The extent of staining ranged from occasional positive foci to extensive multiocal staining Proliferative,secretory,and atrophic endometrium were not stained with GLUT1 antiserum Conclusion The overexpression of GLUT1 is a consistent feature of endometrioid adenocarcinoma GLUT1 immunostaining may be useful in distinguishing benign hyperplasias from atypical hyperplasias that are associated strongly with malignancy
