摘　　要：游泳教学是一项比较复杂的教与学的过程。不同年龄初学游泳者的学习心理和学习技能能力存在着差异,在教学中应针对差别采取相应的教学方法和策略。本文将根据不同年龄初学游泳者心理特点与学习技能能力的差异性,分析教学中采取的教学方法和策略。Swim teaching and learning is a complicated process. Learners at different ages present diversity in their psychological situation and learning ability.Teachers should take relevant teaching methods and tactics corresponding to the diversity in teaching and leaning process.This thesis will make an analysis of the methods and tactics according to the diversity in psychological feature and learning ability that come from learners at different ages.
