经管类应用型人才人格问题的研究

摘　　要：从人格的概念出发,通过问卷调查分析了经管类大学生人格方面存在的问题,并从社会历史、家庭、学校分析产生这些问题的原因,最后提出了经管类大学生人格培养的目标、内容,分阶段实施的内容和效果评价。Based on the concept of personality,this paper makes an analysis of the problems in personality of the business management students through a questionnaire,together with the causes of these problems from the perspectives of social history,family and college.This paper also puts forward the aim,content,content in different phases,effect and evaluation for developing the personality of the college students of business management.
