喉癌病人血清补体系统的检测及临床意义

摘　　要：①目的探讨喉癌病人血清补体系统的改变及其临床意义.②方法 对61例不同病情的喉癌病人血清中C1q、C3、C4、C5、C9、C1INH和B因子(BF)等7种主要的补体成分进行检测,38例喉癌病人治疗后进行了5年的随访.③结果 喉癌病人血清C1INH、BF、C3、C4、C5水平增高(F=4.81～27.06,q=3.47～9.18,P<0.05、0.01).早期与晚期喉癌病人的血清C1q、C3、C4、C5、C9、C1INH和BF水平比较差异无显著性(t=0.03～1.89,P>0.05).血清C1INH、BF、C3、C4和C5水平与喉癌病人的疗效有关(F=5.89～11.61,q=2.96～8.43,P<0.05、0.01).血清C1q、C3、C4、C5、C9、C1INH和BF水平与喉癌病人的5年生存情况无关(t=0.05～0.88,P>0.05).④结论 喉癌病人血清补体系统存在紊乱,血清C1INH、BF、C3、C4和C5水平对喉癌复发的监测有一定意义.Objective To study the clinical significance of the changes of serum complement system in patients with laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Serum levels of complement C_ 1q, C_3, C_4, C_5, C_9, C_ 1INH and B factor(BF)were detected in 61 patients with cancer of larynx in different conditions,and 38 of them were followed for at least five years after treatment. Results For the patients studied, the complements, C_ 1INH, BF, C_3, C_4, and C_5, were statistically significant increased (F=4.81-27.06; q=3.47-9.18; P<0.05,0.01). The levels of C_ 1q, C_3, C_4, C_5, C_9, C_ 1INH and BF were not significantly different in advanced patients compared with early-stage ones (t=0.03-1.89, P>0.05). The levels of C_ 1INH , BF, C_3 , C_4 and C_5 were concerned with the curative effects of the patients (F=5.89-11.61;q=2.96-8.43;P<0.05,0.01). The levels of C_ 1q, C_3, C_4, C_5, C_9, C_ 1INH and BF were not significantly related to 5-year-survival rate of the patients (t=0.05-0.88, P>0.05). Conclusion The disorder exists in serum complement system in patients with laryngeal carcinoma,and the levels of serum C_ 1INH , BF, C_3 , C_4 and C_5 are of definite significance in monitoring the recurrence the cancer.
