摘　　要：大学教改是日本教育改革极为重要的部分,它将"人间力战略"和"科技振兴战略"作为大学教育改革的两个切入点,并采取整合国立大学,推进国立大学法人化,引进第三者客观评价的竞争机制,实施特色大学的教育援助项目,构筑起大学质量保证的新系统和完善培养专门人才的研究生院制度等具体举措。College teaching reform is a very important part of the Japanese education reform. It considers human resource strategy and science stimulation strategy as the two respects, and carries out a series of measures, including amalgamating national universities, making the national universities corporate organizations, introducing the competitive system of objective judgment, building up the new system of university quality assurance, and consummating the graduate students department system for special talents cultivation.
