摘　　要：文章从青少年运动员文化学习在运动训练全过程中的作用,及对其自身人生观、世界观的树立和对我国竞技体育后备人才的储备影响等三方面进行阐述,说明青少年运动员文化学习是我国竞技体育可持续发展的重要保证。文章分析影响青少年运动员文化学习的因素,改革青少年运动员文化学习的教学内容和教学方法,提出创设优良的文化学习环境与氛围是促进其学习的有效途径。Through elaborating the importance of literacy learning to the young athletes in their sport training and the effects on the establishment of their life and world views and reserving talents for competitive P.E. of our country, this paper shows that young athletes' literacy learning is the most important for the sustainable development of our country's competitive P.E. It also analyses the factors in their literacy learning, reforms the teaching content and methods and proposes the valid approach to develop a nice learning environment and atmosphere for young athletes.
