摘 要:由天然植物多酚降解产物没食子酸与环氧氯丙烷反应合成多酚型环氧树脂,并利用FT-IR、1HNMR及13CNMR光谱表征了该环氧树脂的化学结构。采用化学分析及红外光谱分析方法研究了反应物料配比、反应时间对开环反应的影响及反应温度、时间与氢氧化钠的用量和浓度对闭环反应的影响。实验结果确定了合成该环氧树脂的最佳工艺条件: 1mol没食子酸与 20mol环氧氯丙烷,在苄基三乙基氯化铵催化作用下,先于 100℃左右开环反应 6h,再在室温下加入等当量固体碱后闭环反应 2h。The polyphenol type epoxy resin was synthesized by reacting epichlorohydrin with gallic acid,which was obtained from hydrolysis of plant polyphenols,and its chemical structure was characterized by IR,~1H NMR and (^(13)C NMR) spectra.The effects of material ratio and reaction time on ring-opening reaction,along with the effects of (reaction) temperature,reaction time,the dosage and concentration of sodium hydroxide on ring-closure reaction were (investigated) by chemical analysis and infrared spectrometry.According to the experiment results,the optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows:1 mol gallic acid reacting with 20 mol epichlorohydrin at 100 ℃ for 6 h catalyzed by triethylbenzyl ammonium chloride,and then reacting with equivalent amount of solid alkali for 2 h at room (temperature).
