摘 要:猪场粪污接种发酵可以增大目标微生物数量 ,经过微生物肥料菌株发酵的猪场污泥微生物有机肥施于土壤7天后 ,土壤中固氮菌数量增加 10倍 ,钾细菌数量增加 7.6倍 ;污水微生物有机肥施于土壤 7天后 ,土壤中固氮菌数量增加 3 .7倍 ,磷细菌数量增加 12 .5 % ,钾细菌数量增加 3 8.5 %。作为肥料在菜田施用 7天后 ,施用污水生物肥和污泥生物肥的菜心株高比施用原污水分别增高 8.5 %和 14 .8% ,叶长分别增加 1.6%和 2 4.2 % ,叶宽分别增加 8.1%和 13 .5 % ,而叶数。Inoculation and fermentation increased effective number of microbes in piggery wastewater. The sediment of microbial fertilizer (SEMF) for piggery wastewater microbial fermentation increased nitrogen fixing bacteria 10 times, silicate bacteria 7.6 times in soils after application 7 days. The solution of microbial fertilizer (SOMF) for piggery wastewater fertilizer fermentation increased nitrogen fixing bacteria 3.7 times, phosphate solubilizing bacteria 12.5% and silicate bacteria 38.5% in soils after application 7 days. The height of flowering chinese cabbage (Brassica parachinensis Bailey)increased 8.5% and 14.8%, leaf length increased 1.6% and 24.2% and leaf width increased 8.1% and 13.5% for SEMF and SOMF compared with raw wastewater after irrigating application 7 days. In addition, leaf numbers, stem width and root numbers were also increased.
