论高校校园网络资源库建设中的软资源制作与管理

摘　　要：高校多媒体软资源的制作与管理是一个综合化的过程,在高校的校园网络化资源建设中,二者缺一不可。多媒体软件资源的制作与管理到位,在一定程度上将会促进高校教育信息化的发展,同时,高校的教改也将会跃上一个新的台阶。本篇通过对高校网络资源库建设过程中存在的问题进行调查分析,浅析现阶段高校网络资源库建设中所存在的弊病以及人们对资源库理解的几个观念偏差,简要从制作与管理两个大方面概述资源库建设应该注意的几点事项。Making and managing the multimedia software resource in colleges is a comprehensive process in building the resource warehouse of the campus network. To a certain extent, making and management of multimedia software resources will promote the development of education information in colleges and with it the teaching reform will go up to a new stage. This paper, through the survey and analysis on the problems existed in building the resource warehouse of campus network in colleges, analyses the present drawbacks and some ideas in deviation existing in it, and highlights, briefly, several events that must be paid attention to in building the resource warehouse.
