摘　　要：目的:通过对鲎试剂的灵敏度试验,确定鲎法检测奥硝唑注射液细菌内毒素的可行性。方法:用鲎法对其细菌内毒素进行检测。结果:奥硝唑注射液对鲎试剂凝集没有增强抑制作用,可用标示灵敏度为0.25Eu·ml-1的鲎试剂检测样品的细菌内毒素。结论:该方法灵敏、简便,可用于检测奥硝唑注射液的内毒素。Objective: To explore the feasibility of detecting bacterial endotoxin with sensitivity test of limulus amebocyte lysate(LAL) on Ornidazole injection.Methods: LAL test was applied to detect the bacterial endotoxin. Results: Ornidazole injection had no Enhancement or inhibition function to LAL, but it can be used as a label of the sensitivity of 0.25 Eu·ml -1agent to detect bacterial endotoxin in the sample. Conclusion: This method is quite sensitive and simple, it is suitable for detecting bacterial endotoxin of Ornidazole injection.
