摘　　要：分析了新形势下临床医学选修课的特点 ,结合我校实际提出当前应把握临床医学素质教育的需要 ,以创新的思路架构医学选修课模式 ,按教育规律把各门课程及内容序贯组合 ,以规范和科学监控选修课运行过程 ,效益及质量 ,互相分工配合 。The features of elective courses in clinical medicine under the new situation are analyzed. In the light of practical work in Wuhan University of Science and Technology, this paper proposes that the demand of quality education in clinical medicine should be grasped and the elective course mode should be constructed with innovation. Pedagogical laws should be observed in the arrangement of courses and their contents, and the elective course operation should be monitored and standardized so that a comprehensive system of elective courses in clinical medicine can be established with both quality and efficiency being attended to.
