摘　　要：教育创新旨在创造特色新型教育,培养各种创新型人才,以满足知识经济背景下人和社会发展的多样性需求,使创新主体达成人才培养的市场竞争优势,获得生存和发展的自觉实践活动。为此,依据教育创新的时代内涵和特点,结合我国教育创新实际情况,分析了我国教育创新的制约因素。Education innovation means to create new type characteristic education, cultivate all kinds of innovation people for the need of sociaty development. So innovation people reach competitive edge of people cultivation market to get conscious practical activity for living and development. According to present contain and feature of education innovation, analyzed the restrictive factors of Chinese education innovation combining practical condition.
