摘　　要：从组织形式、产出结果、网络技术三个角度考察了西方虚拟企业理论自诞生以来十余年的有代表性的阐述,并对虚拟企业理论的有待进一步研究之处作了分析与评论。This paper first investigated the representative viewpoint about the west virtual enterprise theory over the last decade since its establishment from the angle of organizational form, production output and network technology. Then this paper pointed out the deficiency about the present research.
