任意介质分布平板介质波导的网络分析

摘　　要：本文用微波网络的方法求解任意介质分布的平板介质波导的本征值问题。作为举例,对抛物型和指数型介质分布的波导色散特性和场分布的分析,表明该方法具有通用性强,快速,简便和准确的优点。In this paper,the uides with arbitrary dielectric distributions are solved by microwave network method. As examples,the analyses of the dispersion characteristics and the electro magnetic field distributions for the planar waveguides with refractive index of parabolic and exponential profiles are given.It is shown that the present method possesses the adva- ntages of versatility,rapidity,simplicity and accuracy.
