基因GABRB_3多态性与非综合征性唇腭裂的遗传易感性

摘　　要：目的:探讨中国汉族人GABRB3基因的多态性对非综合征性唇腭裂(NSCL/P)的遗传易感性的作用。方法:对76例非综合征性唇腭裂患儿和60例正常对照儿童用PCR鄄SSCP方法分别测定GABRB3的等位基因片段,采用病例对照研究进行分析。结果:GABRB3等位基因共检测出9个,病例对照研究结果显示:所有等位基因频率在病例组和对照组中经χ2检验,P值均大于0.05。结论:GABRB3基因在中国华东地区人群NSCL/P中不起主要作用,可能不是它的易感基因。Objective:To investigate the effect of GABRB3 gene polymorphism on genetic susceptibility of NSCL/P in Chinese population. Methods:GABRB3 genetypes were determined by PCR-SSCP. Seventy-six NSCL/P patients and 60 controls were analysed through case-control study. Results:There were 9 alleles of GABRB3 in Chinese population. All of the alleles through case-control study showed no significant results(P > 0.05). Conclusion:These results indicate that GABRB3 maynot increase the possibility that the NSCL/P phenotype will occur in Chinese population.
