摘 要:现场测试分析表明垂直升降电梯有参变随机振动的特征,经简化建立其单自由度振动模型。对单自由度振动方程的变量进行分析,表明该方程属于参变随机振动方程;在求解方程的响应时发现,格林矩阵的元素起着描述参变系统动态特性的作用。经过上述分析找出影响电梯轿厢振动大小及频率结构的系统参数,列出已安装好电梯的可修改参数,为电梯的减振降噪及其相关技术调试指明方向。利用上述结论,在实际振动控制中获得了良好的效果。Field test showed that the vibration of vertical elevator had the characteristic of parameter-change random vibration. After some predigestion, one degree-of-freedom model of elevator system was built. The variables in the vibration equation of one degree-of-freedom were analyzed. It indicated that the equation is one of parameter-change random vibration. The response of the equation was found out. The properties of parameter- change system are described by Green matrix. After these analyses, the system parameters what affected the magnitude and the frequency spectrum of elevator car vibration were listed. Further the parameters, which can be modified on fixed elevator, were found out, and these parameters can be used to direct the decrease of vibration and noise. A good effect was obtained in an example of elevator vibration control directed by the conclusions above.
