摘 要:研究了高频电子电路用矩形截面圆环磁芯中涡流损耗的计算问题。得到了磁场和涡流分布的单重级数式解析解,以及损耗功率的计算公式。讨论了透入深度和磁芯尺寸等各个参数对损耗功率的影响。给出了几种特殊情况下损耗功率的近似计算公式。与 Namjoshi 等采用的二重级数方法相比较,该文方法不涉及求超越方程的根,且没有条件λ<2 的限制,具有计算简单、精度高、速度快和不受应用范围限制的优点,更具有实用价值。特别是,对研究在非正弦电流激励耗有重要的意义。It is shown that a fairly large class of transverse electric eddy-current problems with rotational symmetry admits simple numerical solutions and admits analytical solutions in certain cases. In this paper, the case of toroidal core with a rectangular cross section is considered, as an example, in detail. An analytical method is used for the distributions of magnetic field and eddy-current, in which the field variables are expressed as a single series in terms of Bessel functions and trigonometric functions. A closed-form expression is derived for the power loss. The influence of various parameters such as skin depth and core dimensions over a wide range is discussed. Simplified expressions for the power loss at special cases such as very small and very large skin depths are provided. Compard with Namjoshi’s double-series- method, our method is easy, accurate, efficient and not confined for the practical applications since it needs not work out the zero of the cross product about Bessel function. The analysis of power loss is also valid for a rectangular cross section toroidal core excited with nonsinusoidal current.
