摘　　要：本文针对基于战略联盟组织学习提高高新技术企业综合优势问题,系统地研究了联盟各发展阶段组织学习的主要内容和学习方式,运用战略联盟组织学习思想建立了发展高新技术企业综合优势的策略模型,并提出了有关的学习策略。This paper systematically studies the main contents and methods of the organizational learning in each strategic alliances' developing phrase, in the light of the problems of improving comprehensive advantages of high & new technology enterprises based on strategic alliance organizational learning. It establishes the structure model of developing comprehensive advantages of high & new technology enterprises by use of the thoughts of strategic alliance organizational learning. The tactics, which are relevant to the learning, are also proposed in the paper.
