摘  要:目的利用虚拟技术来解决石板优化加工提高石材大板的利用率.方法通过石板特征采集仪将石材大板的3个主要特征即尺寸特征、轮廓特征、表面纹理特征采集到CAD系统中,并基于VB对串口编程技术和AutoCAD二次开发技术来建立石板的虚拟原型库.结果通过虚拟原型库对具有不规则外型的石材大板进行实时优化排样,避开石材了表面空洞、大斑等缺陷.同时可对工程区域进行模拟铺设,检查纹理走向、色彩搭配.还能帮助ERP系统指导生产,精确调整库存和采购.结论利用此仪器可建立石材板材的虚拟原型库,改善石板型材的加工,可提高材料的利用率,提高墙面和地面整体的美观性,减少型材上的缺陷,也便于库存和采购的管理.In order to improve the utilization ratio of slab stone, virtual technology is to be used to solve the problem of optimization for slab stone processing. The collection apparatus to realize the surface characteristic can gather such three main characteristics of slab stone as size, outline, and texture of surface, and set up the virtual prototype storehouse of the slab stone on the basis of AutoCAD secondary development technology and VB programming. The results show that the collection apparatus to realize the surface characteristic can optimize arranging slab stone according to the project demand and avoid such defects as the surface cavity of stone material, big spot, etc. Meanwhile, it simulates the laying of the project area. Therefore, texture and color of stones which have been laid in virtual word is checked. It is helpful for ERP system to direct production and accurate adjustment and buying of materials storage. This article therefore draws the conclusion that the slab stone processing is more promoted and utilization rate of stone material can be improved. Ornament of ground and wall can be improved by use of home-made apparatus. It is also good for reducing defects of regular slab stone and convenient to manage the storage and purchase.
