摘　　要：从21世纪时代特点和工程人才的职业特点出发,全面分析了21世纪社会对高等工程人才的知识能力结构和素质要求,在此基础上。According to the characteristics of 21st century and the professional characteristics of engineering talents, this paper analyzes thoroughly the requirements of the society of the 21st century for the knowledge structure and the qualities of higher engineering talents, and puts forward the problem of the reform in talent-cultivating objective model of local engineering colleges and institutes.
