摘　　要：学分制是我国高等院校内部教学管理制度的一次革命,以学分制为核心的的教学管理方法上的转变是适应高等教育变革的必然选择 对学分制的本质、特点、意义及其改革的几个主要方面进行探讨。Credit System is a revolution in the internal teaching management of Chinese colleges and universities. The change in teaching management centering round credit system is the inevitable selection to suit the reform in higher education. This paper discusses such aspects of credit system as its essence, characteristics and reform practice, and introduces briefly the periodic achievements after implementing credit system in Chongqing Institute of Technology.
