摘　　要：大众化的高等教育、开放的教师教育体系及不断改革中的基础教育等,使高等师范院校的生存和发展面临严峻的考验。高师院校必须继续保持专业化教育优势,通过确立新的发展目标,构建新的培养机制,提高综合办学实力,从而实现自身的可持续发展。The popularization of higher education, the open system of teacher education, and the constant reforms of elementary and secondary education greatly challenge the development of normal universities. To achieve a sustainable development, normal universities should take advantage of their professional education, and improve their efficiency by setting new goals of development and innovating their education mechanism.
