摘　　要：目的:验证美国药典用大豆-酪蛋白消化物培养基能否替代中国药典无菌检查用的真菌培养基。方法:参照灵敏度试验,比较试验菌在两种培养基中的生长情况。结果:试验菌在真菌培养基生长优于大豆-酪蛋白消化物培养基。结论:大豆-酪蛋白消化物培养基不能替代中国药典无菌检查用的真菌培养基,真菌培养基也不完全具备适合细菌生长的特性。Objective:To verify soybean-casein digest medium in USP whether or not substitute fungi medium in Pharmacopeia of P.R.China(ChP)by sterility test.Method:Refer to the growth promotion test to compare the growth situation of the test strains in soybean-casein digest medium and fungi medium.Result:the test strains in the fungi medium grew more than in the soybean-casein digest medium.Conclusion:the soybean-casein digest medium can not substitute fungi medium in sterility test.And fungi medium is not provided with the characteristic for bacteria growth completely.
