摘　　要：本文对具型不变量为（ｅ，２，１），ｅ≥４，Ｐ≥３的正则ｐ－群给出了一个完全分类。当ｐ＝３时，共有２２种互不同构的类型；当ｐ≥５时，共有３６种互不同构的类型。In this paper the author classifies all regular p-groups with type-invariants(e,2,1),p≥>3,e≥4.of p=3 or p≥5,there are aitogether 22 or 36 vespectively,different kinds of groupe not isomorphicto each other.
