摘　　要：本文从释解权力的概念着手,较为详细地分析了高校内部权力的类型、来源与作用方式。文章认为,高校内部的最基本权力除了行政权力、学术权力和学生权力之外,有时还存在政党权力,但由于各国的政治体制和历史传统不同,高校内部的主导性权力,可能各不相同。此外,来自社会的市场力量,也会对高校内部权力结构及权力相互制衡模式产生一定的影响。This paper analyses the type,source and functioning way of the internal power of universities beginning from the explanation of the concept.The author holds that except administratire power,academic power and student power,there is also political party power with the basic power in the universities.But because of the difference of political system,history and traditions,there is also the difference of dominating power in the universities of different countries.Besides,power from the markets of the society can also have certain impact on internal power construction and mutual controlling and balancing mode.
