摘　　要：多糖是自然界和生物体中广泛存在的物质,近年来对其水解及其产物的研究日益受到人们的重视。阐述了目前植物多糖水解的方法和其水解产物的生理活性,展示植物多糖水解及其产物研究和开发的广阔前景。Polysaccharide is a substance lying in the nature and organism widely.People paid more and more attention to researching on the hydrolysis of polysaccharide in recent years.The text expounds the types of plant hydrolysis and physiological activity of the component products currently.It indicated the extensive foreground of researching on the hydrolysis of plant polysaccharide and products.
