对中等职教师资培训的思考

摘　　要：开展职教师资培训是中等职业教育发展的必然要求。培训经费不足或拨付渠道不畅是影响开展职教师资培训的首要因素。设立职教师资培训经费专项基金,建立多元化培训经费筹措机制,实施教师培训卡制度,既可以确保培训经费的足额到位,又可以提高培训经费的使用效率。Carrying out the training on teachers of vocational education is the necessity of the development of secondary vocational-technical education.Lack of training funds and the impediment of appropriate channels are the chief elements that affect the training.Establishing special funds for teacher training,setting up multiple mechanisms to raise money for training,and implementing the system of training cards can not only ensure the money fully funded,but also improve the efficiency of the use of the money.
