双语教学师资队伍建设刍议

摘　　要：双语教学是我国高等教育应对国际竞争的有效策略,但它的推广由于师资力量的缺乏而遭遇尴尬。文章从观念、引进、培训、政策等几个方面对双语教学师资队伍的建设提出了构想。Bilingual teaching is the effective strategy for our high education to face up to international competition, but its wide spread confronts embarrass because of the lack of teachers. Based on these aspects, such as concert, introduction, training, policy, this article proposes some plan about the construction of bilingual teachers troop.
