薄芝糖肽注射液中细菌内毒素检测方法的研究

摘　　要：目的建立薄芝糖肽注射液的细菌内毒素检查方法。方法用不同厂家的鲎试剂对薄芝糖肽注射液分别进行干扰试验,考察确立薄芝糖肽注射液细菌内毒素检查法。结果用灵敏度为0 .2 5EU/ml的鲎试剂,将薄芝糖肽注射液稀释2 4倍可消除干扰作用,与热原检查法结果一致。PurposeTo study the bacterial endotoxins test for Bozhi glycopeptide injection using limulus lysate agent.MethodsBy interfering test, the inhibition/enhancement action of Bozhi glycopeptide with limulus lysate agent was studied.ResultsThe interference between the sample and the relative TAL was eliminable when the sample was diluted below 1∶24.ConclusionThe result of bacterial endotoxins test was the same as that of pyrogen test with healthy mature rabbits.
