摘　　要：高校学分制在实施过程中产生了许多困惑。全面认识高校学分制建设,对推进高校教育教学改革具有深远的现实意义。以城市高校为依托实施学分互认制度,形成高校教育教学网络是中国特色学分制的基本模式。A lot of puzzles have been brought about during the course of implenment of the college credit system.An overall realization about the construction of college credit system is of great and practical significance for college education reform.The implement of credit system on the basis of city to form college education net is the basic model of credit system with Chinese features.
