高校校园文化与人力资源开发探析

摘　　要：人力资源是第一资源,是知识经济时代竞争制胜的决定性因素。高校的人力资源开发,是以坚持以人为本、体现人文关怀为手段,以实现校园人力资源效益最大化为目的的一种先进的管理理念。校园文化作为学校特有的文化现象,对学校的影响和作用是隐性和潜在的,但又是十分重要的。Human resources is the first resources, and it's the decisive factor in competition during the knowledge-driven economy period. Based on the concepts of people first and humanism, The development of Human Resources in university is an advanced theory with the goal to realize the maximal benefit of campus human resources. As a kind of special phenomenon for schools, campus culture has a recessive and potential but important effect on the development of school. The essay probes into both the significance of campus culture to the development of human resources and the requirements of the human resources development to the construction of campus culture in the new era.
