摘　　要：介绍了微生物限度检查法的发展概况及目前我国兽药的微生物限度检查现状,对《中国兽药典》2000年版微生物限度检查法中存在的一些问题,如剂型的微生物限度标准、样品的处理方法、培养温度、大肠杆菌的检查等,提出了修改建议。This paper introduced the development situation of microbial limit tests and the present situation of (microbial) limit tests of veterinary drug in China,and gave some suggestions for solving existed problems (the microbial limit standard of dosage form, the processing technique of sample, the culture temperature and the inspection of Escherichia coli) of microbial limit tests in the Chinese Veterinary Pharmacopoeia edition 2000.
