摘  要:以斑马鱼(Brachyclaniorerio)为实验材料,用氯化铵模拟水体中氨氮进行急性毒性实验.得到24,48,72,96h的半致死浓度(LC50),分别为126,114,105,101mg/L.在96hLC50以下,设6个质量浓度梯度,进行24h氨氮胁迫,之后测定斑马鱼不同组织中的过氧化氢酶(CATase),腺三磷酸酶(ATPase)活性.结果表明,各类酶活的变化与氨氮质量浓度都呈一定相关性,随着氨氮质量浓度增大,ATP酶活性受到显著抑制,CAT酶呈曲线变化.Using chlorine ammonium to simulate ammonia nitrogen in water , the acute toxicity test was carried out to Brachyclanio rerio. The half lethal concentration (LC_(50)) values of 24, 48, 72 and 96 h were 126, 114, 105, 101 mg/L respectively. Then six gradient treatments were set up under the 96 h LC_(50). According to the treatments, after exposure to 24 h with ammonia nitrogen stress, the activities of Catalase (CAT) , Adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) in zebrafish's different tissues were measured. The results showed that, the changes of all enzymes activities were closely related to the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen; along with the increasing concentrations of ammonia nitrogen, ATPase activity was suppressed notably; CATase presented curvilinear motion.
